dotnet run command not listening on https

Describe the bug

I am running a simple webapi program on Windows and when I try to run the 'dotnet run' cli command, I can see it's listening only on http but not on https. I have also executed 'dotnet dev-certs https --trust' command to trust the development certificate, but still it's not listening on https. Could you please let me know if I am missing any other settings ?

To Reproduce

1. Create folder
2. Into new folder execute : dotnet new webapi
3. Execute dotnet run (or dotnet watch run)

Note: if I use VisualStudio (2022) or Rider (2022.3) then the application listens on the https.

Documentation Says,"As the first profile listed, this profile is used by default",the value of 'applicationUrl' in 'http' do not config https, so,if you copy and paste the value of 'applicationUrl' in 'https' to 'http', then,it will listen on https. This was an intentional change made in .NET 7.0. The new templates in ASP.NET Core 7.0 contains a http and a separate https profile. dotnet run will default to the first profile in the list which is the http profile in this case.

As mentioned in the above PR description, you can pass the profile that you would like to use to dotnet run using the --launch-profile property.

dotnet run --launch-profile https.

You can change the order.of the launch profiles in the launchSettings.json file so that the https profile is first. Then it will be the default profile for dotnet run.
