There's a circular dependency between NuGet/SDK/CLI that leads to issues like this. @nguerrera is resolving it. |

I'm leaving the office now and will check in on this when I get home. If it turns green in the meantime, please merge. The next hop from sdk -> cli may fail without a corresponding "stage 0" update. |
