Looks like some tests are failing as the VS2022 image is no longer used (because it doesn't exist):

We had to make a bunch of changes when we updated to vs2026 originally, we should find that PR and try to port at least some of those changes.

@agocke any concern disabling the 7.0 tests as they don't appear to support VS 2026.
