Announcement: .NET 10 debugging on macOS with the latest .NET SDK is broken

This is an announcement that the new version of the .NET 10 SDK (10.0.200/10.0.104) that came out on Tuesday 3/10/2026 breaks debugging on macOS. Please follow this issue for updates: microsoft/vscode-dotnettools#2840
