Updates:

• Uses new dWeb Resolve Library
• Uses new dWeb DNS Library
• Uses updated version of dPacks.io API for tape tests
• Uses new production-ready version of dPack Core
• Uses production-ready dWeb Towers and FlockCore network defaults

Potential issues:

• Sometimes Dr Satoshi does not retrieve the health of the dWeb or peer health on the network, we are working to fix that issue, mainly on Windows PCs.
• Sometimes, a dPack seems that it is syncing but has to be stopped and resynced. We do not believe this has to do with dPack CLI itself but rather our public DNS servers, which we can update without having to update dPack CLI. This issue should be fixed either today or tomorrow.
