Filtering by IP address removes all non-network events from capture

For example
sysdig fd.ip!=111.222.333.444
removes all capture data except for networking events.

Is this a bug?
Maybe not, but is there a workaround?
Usecase: For continuous capturing, I'd like to filter out network events for some IPs, but still capture all other events.
