Make tags mandatory when creating a meetup #78
Description
When creating a meetup, there is text explaining a minimum of 4 tags is mandatory:
After publishing, a person who like to attend can choose multiple of the assigned tags to show their interest of fields. Which is nicely shown in the meetup crowd.
However, in the form to create a meeting there is nog check on the tags being mandatory, even without any tags it will be accepted.
An event without tags will show incorrectly, and it is impossible to sign up for the event:
The solution is to make it mandatory to assign at least 4 tags to the event.
