This PR adds configurations to build wheels for mac-arm64. Workflow ran without any issue.
Fixes #64.

@drufat Please consider merging this PR and publishing a new PyPI version with mac-arm support. It would be highly appreciated!

I just submitted a new PyPI version, which from what I can see, should have support for macOS 11.0+ ARM64. Can you check?

@drufat I checked on macOS 15.2 ARM64, Python 3.12.8: works!! 🎆

@drufat Did you intentionally drop build wheel for macos x86_64?

To restore it, you need to add macos-13 to the runner list (last x86_64 macOS runner).
