Requirements is wrong (.NET 4.7.2 vs .NET 4.8)

Hello,

according to the ReadMe, you need .NET 4.7.2 to use EwsEditor, but if you start EwsEditor (1.24 / 1.26) it throws an error message, that .NET 4.8 is required.
