Admin Console won't recognize '0' as a character

Title. I am running version 4.13.2 on x86_64 GNU/Linux (I think it's a CentOS based image?) 

The admin console will not recognize it when I type 0 into it as part of a command. Other numbers and characters work fine.

Any ideas on how to debug this?
