This PR infers missing dimensions and placeholders in
to_xarray, so if you usevariables = 't_e',, imas2xarray will findrho_tor_normandtime.Changes to
var_lookup.lookupwhich now returns a set instead of a list passes the duqtools tests as well.Closes #13
