Updated for 3.10.0, tested on 3.10.2 - seems fine, but I haven't tested instant construction and instant production.

Thanks for doing these updates. on your test build i've been running 3.10.4 and when i enable 'COD mode' i get infinite loop and 'hands busy bug' using any heals or eating/drinking. hope video helps https://youtu.be/lC4jwxDmaMk

NOTE: also fails this way with no other mods installed. just don't have the video of it.

Actually it's already fixed in 1.10.1 and 1.10.2, so no need :)
