I was reading through your manuscript for MetaCC and I see that you called any MAG greater than or equal to 50% and contamination less than or equal to 10% as high-quality. However, these are not the community standards laid out in this paper (https://www.nature.com/articles/nbt.3893). I am wondering if a different standard was chosen just because or if it was chosen due to these being HiC based MAGs? Thanks for any clarification you can provide!
