Analyzing directory path is rejected

Passing a directory path to the analyze command is rejected. The CLI insists on a tarball file and shows a misleading error message.

I think expected behavior is:

• If the path is a directory: analyze that project (respecting --pack, e.g., auto/npm/pnpm/yarn/bun/none).

• If the path is a file: treat it as a tarball and analyze it.

• If the path is neither: show a clear error (e.g., “Path must be a tarball file or a directory: ”).

@dreyfus92 did try change some of this in another PR and we weren't sure at the time of the right behaviour
