upgrade glob to v13 #218
Description
for packages using glob that can't migrate to either node:fs' glob or tinyglobby, we should try to upgrade their glob version to v13 as it dropped 33 dependencies! only issue is that the engines range is quite high at node >=20 and many libraries support older node versions.
we could also try to work with isaacs to make the package esm only since the range is very similar to the one of node versions that support require-esm, it'd make the package size a lot smaller
