Milestone: MVP

For the MVP, we're roughly looking at the following tools:

• Code validator
• Add package validator (npm i)
• List modules/replacements
• Get documentation for migration

We may then also want resources and prompts.

Ideally, an agent producing code can pass it through the validator, which will advise it on which modules to use (if it is using something the community suggests replacing).

Once usage of a module has been detected, documentation for how to migrate from it can be provided to the agent.
