Current behavior

While navigating ebay-carousel, the virtual cursor randomly skips certain elements inside carousel tiles, TalkBack gestures scroll the carousel.

Expected behavior

While navigating with TalkBack within the ebay-carousel, the virtual cursor should move through all interactive and visible elements inside each carousel tile in a logical, sequential reading order before moving to the next container or slide.
