Search: Old /skin/ URLs are not mapped properly in search results nor redirected

I verified there's no existing issue for this bug.

Current behavior

Links to old URLs instead of the new URLs. As it happens, all the results in my search seemed to be affected, e.g.

https://opensource.ebay.com/skin/component/progress-stepper/ vs
https://opensource.ebay.com/evo-web/components/progress-stepper

Two major things are affected:

1. Old page URLs are not redirected
2. Site search results are pointing to old URLs

Ensure the following mapping

• swap out to new /evo-web route
• pluralize component to components
• remove trailing / (otherwise it 404s... ☹️)

Expected behavior

Search results point to directly live pages or at least redirect to the proper live pages.

3. Type "progress" and try to click a result link
