This repository is focused on software-related feedback and is monitored by the Easee team. It supports community collaboration and dialogue on:
- Bugs in Easee apps, firmware, or cloud services
- Feature ideas or improvements
- API/integration feedback
- Developer or installer experience suggestions
- Observations that don’t fit neatly elsewhere

The templates are designed to make it quick and easy to share. We keep things informal but informative.
- Issues are reviewed by Easee’s product managers and engineers.
- We label and prioritize items based on clarity and impact.
- We might ask for more information in a comment.
- Community feedback and 👍 reactions help guide our priorities.
- We may not reply immediately, but we do read everything.
We welcome feedback related to:
- Easee App (for EV drivers and home energy users)
- Installer App (for professional setup and diagnostics)
- Web apps: Easee Fix, Easee Control, Easee Portal, ST Portal (legacy)
- APIs and integrations used by operators, partners and developers
