Welcome to easee-connect – the public issue tracker and feedback space for Easee's apps, APIs, and web services.

This is where the technical community can share ideas, report software bugs, and help shape future improvements to the Easee family of products and services. If you’ve got thoughts – we’re listening!


What this repo is for

This repository is focused on software-related feedback and is monitored by the Easee team. It supports community collaboration and dialogue on:

  • Bugs in Easee apps, firmware, or cloud services
  • Feature ideas or improvements
  • API/integration feedback
  • Developer or installer experience suggestions
  • Observations that don’t fit neatly elsewhere

How to submit something

Click “New issue” and choose a template:

  • 🐛 Bug report
  • 💡 Feature request
  • 💬 General feedback

The templates are designed to make it quick and easy to share. We keep things informal but informative.


How we handle contributions

  • Issues are reviewed by Easee’s product managers and engineers.
  • We label and prioritize items based on clarity and impact.
  • We might ask for more information in a comment.
  • Community feedback and 👍 reactions help guide our priorities.
  • We may not reply immediately, but we do read everything.

We welcome feedback related to:

  • Easee App (for EV drivers and home energy users)
  • Installer App (for professional setup and diagnostics)
  • Web apps: Easee Fix, Easee Control, Easee Portal, ST Portal (legacy)
  • APIs and integrations used by operators, partners and developers
