Release 7.4.0 missing on maven registries

The current release 7.4.0 has not been published on Maven since it was tagged.
Is there anything blocking it?

We are suffering from this specific bug, unfortunately, which was postponed from 7.3.0 to 7.4.0

JGit 7.4.0.202509020913-r is available on repo.eclipse.org.

Release notes
It will be made available on Maven Central (see #193) as soon as we have finished the migration from the old Maven Central deployment process to the Maven Central portal.
