Implement check if status == valid then mitigates_by is mandatory (dfa & fmea)
That's quite a common pattern, but similar can emerge. We want to extend our metamodel.yml to be able to express such checks easily. EASILY!!! And of course the python code needs to be adapted and the tests. Find an example and implement rst test as well.
