Safety uml diagram component color

📌 Description

Change of border color to red within need arch (uml) diagrams when safety level of the component/modul is set to ASIL_B.
This comes from item from safety audit preparation: eclipse-score/score#1484

🚨 Impact Analysis

• This change does not violate any tool requirements and is covered by existing tool requirements
• This change does not violate any design decisions
• Otherwise I have created a ticket for new tool qualification
