Please upgrade the following bazel modules as well.

score_cr_checker => 0.3.1
score_python_basics => 0.3.3

In order for Docs-As-Code 1.0.0 to be used, we are currently manually testing what changes are requiered, and will make a PR once that is figured out.

update score_cr_checker => 0.3.1
score_python_basics => 0.3.4
doc-as-cod -> 1.1.0
