impl: change get_logs behavior (#69)

- Old `get_logs` is removed - `__iter__` and `__next__` can be used to
  obtain list of entries.
- `get_logs_by_fields` -> `get_logs`.
- Allow all logs to be returned on no parameters.
- Allow all logs with given field to be returned.
