Make Android Platform specifics play nicely w/ standard development environment.

Ideally, I should be able to git pull simplJava, maybe run some androidInit script, and be able to have everything android-y installed if needed.

The current status of things isn't appropriate, in my eyes. This work can be releveraged for the semantics android projects.
