Sony: panel support

For now, only CMD mode panels work on Sony, and only when continuous splash is enabled. That means normal boot, so no display on fastboot boot, recovery boot, or on any video mode panels

this is basically #39 but I keep this ticket open so we know that it's important for sony devices

also, since we already know that sony needs non-standard power-setup u probably have to fix it manually first(without dtbreader) to check how/if it works. I can't do that myself without the device.
