The azidentity package update in this PR also also brings in a version v1.10.0 of the github.com/stretchr/testify package.

The github.com/stretchr/testify@v1.10.0 changed the behaviour of the require.NotSamef() function, and now tests fail if the arguments are not pointers. See stretchr/testify#1661 for more context.
