It appears CI testing for docs is failing potentially due to an invalid GPG key or potentially outdated Yarn version which is causing the Docker build to error and the CI testing to ultimately fail. Failures identified and solution created: elastic/docs#2603 |

Release Issue:
Security Doc updates for prebuilt security rule integration package version v8.3.4. Please note these are meant to merge into main for 8.x series only and backport to 8.3, 8.4, 8.5 and 8.6.
