Forge does not recognize proper linux distribution when making installer

I've noticed that when running 'make installers for fiddle' on WSL Ubuntu, forge requires the rpmbuild binary, which isn't relevant for this environment.

As Forge configurations cannot distinguish between specific linux distros and have choices for universal formats such as snap, it would be great if it provided options for choosing distributable formats when generating installers.

It doesn't work properly in WSL because "WSL" doesn't have proper package , for Ubuntu it needed snap package manager
