Add analytics section to the appendix

Adds the analytics markdown from ember-cli to the appendix. I added the intro paragraph, and added an additional sentence to the "Who has access" section. Other than that, it's the same thing as that link.

To do form the issue:

• Add a new page to the Appendix called Analytics
• Be sure to include the new page name in pages.yml
• Include the content from the page D3AH linked to
• Write an introduction explaining what these are and when to use them
