I made corrections to punctuation, fixed several spelling mistakes, added words that were accidentally omitted, and replaced two uses of the obscure word “orthogonal” with the more common “independent.” Also made some corrections to grammar and spacing and revisions for the sake of consistent style (to the extent I could determine it).
