I wasn't sure about the mix of "ember-data" (italicized) and "Ember Data", should we be consistent?

Yes, good point 👍 I'll go for Ember Data now as we don't have to seem italicized styling in the blog post at all (we might update the styles in some way, so we can use it next time)
