It won't parse HTML correctly in PHP context inside VSCode

I opened an issue regarding HTML parsing inside a PHP code in the VSCode repository: microsoft/vscode#98357 (comment)

They claim the problem is with this parser in particular. So I am cross-referencing to see what we can do to solve the problem and make the parser even better.
