- Enhanced CSS module generator options in `rspack/module.ts` for better handling of exports and local identifiers. - Updated `pnpm-lock.yaml` to reflect version changes for `@rspack/core` and related dependencies, moving from 1.3.9 to 1.4.0-rc.0. - Added performance debugging option in `emp.config.ts`. - Minor formatting fix in `App.tsx` to remove extra space in the banner text.
