Save and load player-character health #1754

Implement saving the player-character's health across save & resume. Health (and other game state!) should only be saved at these points:

  • Start of a level
  • Reaching a checkpoint
  • Being defeated and respawning (which is just a special case of the 2 cases above)

In particular, if you enter an ink combat challenge, fill 2 of the 3 barrels, lose 75% of your health, then quit the game, the loss of health should not be saved because we do not save the barrels that you have filled.
