SQLite Tests

A significant number if SQLite tests are written in TCL. I would like to investigate the status if TCL on OpenVMS and if these could be utilised to test this port for accuracy.

After a quick search around the 'net I came up with some references that can be investigated further for TCL support on OpenVMS. I don't know a whole lot, myself, about TCL, so hopefully it's relatively easy to figure out.
