This one needs to be merged before we finally deploy to production.
@jkslebodnick Made the first commit towards removing the old colorpicker, what needs to happen is to replace it with something as good or better. This means:

  1. Add new dependency for colorpicker
  2. Add includes for colorpicker
  3. Replace old references to the colorpicker with code to use new colorpicker
  4. Update unit tests to pass with the new colorpicker
