image_from_file.py example File > Exit/Close not working

Reproduction Steps:

launch the example via python examples/demo/basic/image_from_file.py, then click File->Close in the menu bar.

I believe this is really just a traitsUI issue with CloseAction.

The following code shows the same problem:

from traits.api import HasTraits, Int
from traitsui.api import (
    CloseAction,
    Item,
    Menu,
    MenuBar,
    View,
)


class Test(HasTraits):

    thing = Int()

    traits_view = View(
        Item("thing"),
        menubar=MenuBar(
            Menu(
                CloseAction,
                name="File",
            ),
        )
    )

if __name__ == "__main__":
    Test().configure_traits()

I'm going to close this issue now as I believe no change need to be made in chaco
