Im not sure either... A search through the issues for "polar" only yields 2 results. Possibly because of #47 ?
I am not sure, I'm happy to leave it or un-comment it

Im gonna go ahead an push this PR through as is, we can always come back to uncommenting this if need be

This PR alphabetizes the examples in the annotated examples page. It also moves the
annotated_examples.rstfile out of the user_manual as it is no longer included there. It is just linked to directly from the home page of the docs.
