This commit removes the configuration files used for Appveyor and Travis CI - and it also removes a number of related utility files, like the scripts used to install edm on various platforms deleted: .travis.yml deleted: appveyor-clean-cache.txt deleted: appveyor-run.cmd deleted: appveyor.yml deleted: ci/install-edm-linux.sh deleted: ci/install-edm-osx.sh deleted: install-edm-windows.cmd
