Integration with Pyface Color class and trait

The Kiva ColorTrait needs a re-work along the lines of enthought/traitsui#1812

This includes removing the use of old trait constructors (so overlapping with #417), getting color names from Pyface, allowing Pyface Color values, etc.

Adding a note here that we have some inconsistency between the behaviour across different toolkits and versions of color traits and editors. Some of this has been noted in the discussions around color classes in Pyface.

Current behaviour of TraitsUI and Enable color traits:

  • TraitsUI ColorTrait
    • Accepts RGB 0-255 tuples; Pyface Color; Wx Colour; CSS color names; strings which eval to tuples; 0xRRGGBB ints
    • Is mapped
    • Map holds Wx Color
  • RGBColorTrait
    • Accepts RGB 0.0-1.0 tuples; Wx Colour; CSS color names; 0xRRGGBB ints
    • Is mapped
    • Map holds RGB 0.0-1.0 tuple
  • Enable ColorTrait
    • Accepts RGB and RGBA 0-255 tuples; 0xRRGGBB int; CSS color names; Wx Colour
    • Is mapped
    • Map holds RGBA 0.0-1.0 tuple

    • Custom: read-only swatch with pop-up dialog

    • Custom: panel of color swatches with text display of selection
    • Text: colored swatch text with pop-up dialog (but implemented in Enable)
