This PR makes some minor improvements to the readme, such as removing the false comment "This project contains no plug-ins.", and mentioning/linking to the now available plugins in the package. PR #325 also updated the "Prerequisites" section of the readme to be up to date. At this point I don't believe there are any more glaring inaccuracies.
