Errors in for certain MPI decompositions

For some MPI decompositions, entity errors out with the following issue:

ERROR : dx_min is not the same across all domains: 0.000353 0.000353
ERROR : see the *.err file for more details

This could be a floating point error in the domain decomposition. The above has occurred for this mesh structure:

Merged #88 into 1.2.0rc, so closing this. Reopen if the problem reoccurs.
