docs: better tracing getting started guides

We need better self contained getting started guides for tracing, one for each supported provider (how to get account, if applicable, what creds are needed, basic setup, etc.).

@rshriram can you potentially lead the way on this when you merge the zipkin support. cc @adriancole

@bhs not sure if this is something you are interested in contributing on LS side. cc @RomanDzhabarov
