Support fortio output format

Creating this issue to track support to render results in fortio's web UI.

Currently, I am not sure where to find the specification for the format that fortio expects.

I can work on this issue if needed! But I'm a little busy for the next week.

Nice, it would be cool to piggy-back on fortio's UI.
There doesn't seem to be a formal specification, but maybe it's possible to derive from example outputs. There seem to be plenty of those over at https://fortio.istio.io/data/
