Implement iconscript parser in Rust

[Paper.js](http://paperjs.org/) has many bugs related to Boolean operations on Bezier curves and is not currently maintained. It seems to be better if we use Rust [linesweeper](https://docs.rs/linesweeper/latest/linesweeper/) library and have Rust implementation of iconscript.
