caj still uses EPICS_CA_MAX_ARRAY_BYTES despite being optional in EPICS base since 3.16.1

One needs to set either via the environment variable EPICS_CA_MAX_ARRAY_BYTES or through the JcaLibrary properties the maximum expected array size. This is a feature that was made optional in version 3.16.1 of EPICS base, and now by default it automatically adjusts the buffer size.
Are there any plans to include the EPICS_CA_AUTO_ARRAY_BYTES variable and use the default value YES?
