Convert example scripts to notebooks

There are several example scripts that need to be updated. It would make more sense to have them as notebooks, so they should also be converted.

We should be sure to address #37 and #81 as part of the update.

• Move workflow_gssha to broken.
• Convert api_basics to a notebook and move to notebooks/.
• Convert search_features to a notebook that shows how to search catalog and download data manually and then shows the get_data method.
