[BUG] Query ID Not Appearing in Performance Studio Search Results

Describe the Bug

While searching for the Query ID in Performance Studio, it does not appear in the search results. However, I am able to see the same Query ID in Query Store from SSMS, and it is also visible when running the sp_QuickieStore stored procedure. This appears to be a potential issue with the Query ID search functionality in Performance Studio.

Steps to Reproduce

Please review the attached files for reference: PFS Query ID.png, sp_QuickieStore.png, and QueryStore.png. Based on these screenshots, you can verify which Query ID is visible in Query Store and sp_QuickieStore, but is not appearing in Performance Studio search results.

Expected Behavior

query id should show in the performance studio

Actual Behavior

Since the Query ID is visible when executing sp_QuickieStore and is also present in Query Store through SSMS, it is expected that the same Query ID should also be available in Performance Studio.

Fixed in #287 — Query Store filters now apply in Phase 3, before TOP N selection. Validated against SQL2022 / PerformanceMonitor: query_id at rank 26 (outside top 25) is now correctly returned when filtered, and the unfiltered top-25 path is unchanged.
