Updates the dependency list to upgrade golang.org/x/sys to a newer 1.23.x supported version, mainly to ensure that GO-2022-0493 is addressed for any dependency scanning of consuming packages.
Additionally adds
syscall.SyscallNupgrade to address deprecation ofsyscall.Syscall4andsyscall.Syscall6calls.
